Hey Hey

So I am starting to get sick again and this time I am almost positive its a bronchial infection WOOOHOO. Anyway I expected to get sick after I moved its a very normal thing for me to get pretty sick whenever i travel from such extreme tempts and nature surroundings. The plants here (or lack there of) are very different from the south. My body is adjusting.

Anywhooo, I decided I am going to weigh in on fridays or saturdays from now on, just easier to stick with at this point. I may record a video later on, depending on how I feel. I think I did very well for this week. Here is a sample of what I ate Yesterday. 

Breakfast:

Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal-1 cup

1/2 cup of skim milk 

Banana

Lunch:

Salad Mixed Romaine and Spinach with assorted veggies 

Fillet of tilapia

Grape Juice

This new spray salad dressing I forget what its called but its just enough to flavor it and very low on calories. Comes in :Ranch, italian, french, balsamic etc.

Dinner:

Falafel on pita with mixed veggies and Tahini :) YUM

Lemonade

My one Splurge for my days is my drinks because I do not drink soda, or diet drinks. I only drink natural organic juices so even though they sometimes add to about 3 points It is much healthier for my body. I am trying to completely only eat organic, so far I have only eaten and bought a few non organic things, like the dressing and maybe the bananas.
