Woop
So I weighed myself in Yesterday a day late because frankly I was just waaaaayyyy to sick and not near a scale for a while. The good news is I went from 205 to 203.4. Yay! Thats 1.6 lost this week! I am almost at my 10 lb mark which is reall exciting to me considering its only been a short while. This week the weight loss was healthy and def expected because although exercise was not superly (is that a word) part of what I did I ate right and when I didnt eat the best food it was literally a bite. I incorporated more water and less carbs. I can thank my aunt for that though cause i stayed at her house and she is all about portion control good food and only a few carbs in a week. So overall it was successful. ANyway i should be making a video today or tomorrow. Talk to you guys later and Hope everyone had a Great New Year.
Also I think Im going to start logging like 2 meals a week or sumthin, maybe my favorite ones i dunno ill get back to u on that. Ciao for now. And I loved everyones New years Vids! :)
