I’ve neglected this thing and youtube for a lil while to focus on work and figuring out what im doing with my diet.

The answer is finally here! lol

I am Calorie Counting as of about 2 weeks ago but, as of 2 days ago I was really serious about it, I still like being accountable for my weight so I have asked my dad to weigh me in. I dont know if thats a mistake or not, but honestly I need the pressure which I know with him will help me. SO  no more WW because honestly they were sucking 10 dollars from my life that I couldnt afford…

Anyway new video today or tomorrow! :) Sorry for the absence.

Dr.’s App

Got Home from the Dr. He says I have a Bronchial infection and Severe asthma. He put my on steroids and a breathing treatment every 4 hrs. Im not looking forward to the steroid side effects which include Increased appetite and food cravings. I already had a shitty day of food intake. I had like no breakfast, no lunch and basically just had two cheeseburgers, im not evry hungry but i do have major sweet cravings. Im writing on this and watching youtube vids to get my mind off of it. If i could manage to Mantain this week, Ill be cool.  But yeah its the first day of the week I weigh in on riday so we shall see. The week is not lost yet. However I have to eat a higher amount of carbs cause the doctor said with the pills he gave me its likely ill get an upset stomach without things like pasta bread, starchy foods in general. Ughh. Im going to try and keep it whole grain/ multigrain. Anyway Im out of here for now. Thanks for reading (if anyone does lol) CIAO!

Hey Hey

So I am starting to get sick again and this time I am almost positive its a bronchial infection WOOOHOO. Anyway I expected to get sick after I moved its a very normal thing for me to get pretty sick whenever i travel from such extreme tempts and nature surroundings. The plants here (or lack there of) are very different from the south. My body is adjusting.

Anywhooo, I decided I am going to weigh in on fridays or saturdays from now on, just easier to stick with at this point. I may record a video later on, depending on how I feel. I think I did very well for this week. Here is a sample of what I ate Yesterday. 

Breakfast:

Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal-1 cup

1/2 cup of skim milk 

Banana

Lunch:

Salad Mixed Romaine and Spinach with assorted veggies 

Fillet of tilapia

Grape Juice

This new spray salad dressing I forget what its called but its just enough to flavor it and very low on calories. Comes in :Ranch, italian, french, balsamic etc.

Dinner:

Falafel on pita with mixed veggies and Tahini :) YUM

Lemonade

My one Splurge for my days is my drinks because I do not drink soda, or diet drinks. I only drink natural organic juices so even though they sometimes add to about 3 points It is much healthier for my body. I am trying to completely only eat organic, so far I have only eaten and bought a few non organic things, like the dressing and maybe the bananas. Woop

So I weighed myself in Yesterday a day late because frankly I was just waaaaayyyy to sick and not near a scale for a while. The good news is I went from 205 to 203.4. Yay! Thats 1.6 lost this week! I am almost at my 10 lb mark which is reall exciting to me considering its only been a short while. This week the weight loss was healthy and def expected because although exercise was not superly (is that a word) part of what I did I ate right and when I didnt eat the best food it was literally a bite. I incorporated more water and less carbs. I can thank my aunt for that though cause i stayed at her house and she is all about portion control good food and only a few carbs in a week. So overall it was successful. ANyway i should be making a video today or tomorrow. Talk to you guys later and Hope everyone had a Great New Year.

 Also I think Im going to start logging like 2 meals a week or sumthin, maybe my favorite ones i dunno ill get back to u on that. Ciao for now. And I loved everyones New years Vids! :)

Just in Case…

I dont make a Vid for a day or two I wanted to post my weigh in Results on here. Last week I weighed in at 207 having gone back up a lb I was pretty sad. BUUUT This week I can say having a cold around Christmas definitely helps you control your overeating so this week I lost 2 lbs!! yay I am 205 def did not make it to my X-mas Challenge but my main goal was maintaining. In total I lost, 8 lbs in a month which i think for around the time i started is good. Ill be posting a vid soon so see everyone LATER! and i hope you all had a GREAT CHRISTMAS and are still having an Amazing Hanukkah! CIAO!

I have arrived. Feliz Navidad

I am now in Connecticut. It’s so effin cold and I have managed to develop a cold because stupid me decided I was awesome enough to go outside, while we stopped in New jersey, without a coat and just  thin hoodie. My exact words were “Its not cold! Its great look!” haha yeah okay. But anyway I was quite proud of my self because i didnt eat like six bags of chips and countless candy bars or sweets. I mean usually thats what I’ll eat. But all I had was a small bag of chewy sweettarts, 2 sandwiches, 100% juice (i passed on the soda), lunchables turkey and cheese, and one stop at mcdonalds where i just had a plain hamburger (which was really the only real shitty thing I ate), in a span of 24 hour ride.

But yeah so Christmas is quickly approaching which is kind of insane! I will be going to my aunts for a christmas eve party which I am sooo excited about because honestly havent had a normal family christmas in ……..4 years maybe. Anyway Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS! and those that celebrate Hanukkah Hope Ur holiday is going great, And Happy Kwanzaa! Whatever your holiday may be Indulge Sensibly! :) Ciao

I weigh in tomorrow… Im nervous, wait scratch that I weigh in today, later on today anyway. Im nervous because lets face it I havent eaten the best food, quick food that seems convenient because I mean we dont want to buy groceries before we leave. I know not an excuse, but when i started I kind of knew I would slip a little, but I refused to start on January 1st for the bajillionth time in my life. Me and January first are not friends and I would like to avoid starting anything on that day. :P

Anyway I’ll be putting up a new video either today or tomorrow.
